This place was a dream to stay at! After a long day of activity in Kilkenny I drove late at night to stay in this guest house, check in was super easy, the host was available for all my questions, I got a very peaceful night of rest and the morning view of the country was so lovely. Would stay here again!

Logement très bien situé à côté de l'autoroute, accès facile, instructions claires et logement très complet (machine à laver, café, sucre...) ce qui est très pratique quand on vient de l'étranger en avion. Merci à Sarah pour le séjour!

Sarah's place, its location and its amenities are amazing! A great place in very picturesque surroundings, a very convenient location close to the M9 exit; it's quite ideal for a young family of 4. Sarah has equipped it with mod-cons including a washer-dryer, fridge etc. The place is a very short drive from the village of Mullinavat, which houses 3 to 4 eateries and a convenience store. We enjoyed the lovely food and service at the pub the Rising Sun. The place is just 20 min. drive from Waterford city and conveniently located at about 40 min. drive from other attractions like Mount Congreve Gardens, Suir Valley toy train, Copper Coast scenic drive etc. Sarah was very prompt in responding to messages and check-in, check out was very easy. All in all, we loved the place, had a fabulous stay and would book again if the opportunity arises!

Staying at Sarah’s place was magical! Set in a quiet rural area makes for the perfect place to relax away from any busy city while being a quick drive to Kilkenny and Waterford for those looking for things to see and do. Would recommend to anyone who wants a peaceful stay in a place that is clean with full amenities!

This is a great accommodation option, in between Waterford and Kilkenny. One large bedroom with two beds (v comfortable king and a single). Well equipped kitchen. Clean bathroom. Strong wifi. Lovely, peaceful location in the countryside. There are a few local pubs and restaurants in the village, and both Waterford and Kilkenny are nearby. Would recommend.
