Excellent property that makes getting to broadway a breeze ! Absolutely love all Sonder properties in Nashville, but this one is hands down my favorite. Layout is absolutely amazing when traveling with another couple as each side of the property has a bathroom and the kitchen is located in the middle of the. Perfect as always . Ty!

If you’re a light sleeper definitely take the warnings on the construction into consideration.. it started at 5am daily Monday-Friday. Obviously this is no fault of the place or host but worth mentioning. Otherwise this space was everything we needed. Less than a mile to Printers Alley & downtown. Starbucks and other coffee shops within a 2 minute walk. Restaurants all around under a 1 mile radius. Very easy to locate & access. Huge bonus for us was 2 bathrooms, which isn’t as common when you’re that close to downtown. Would book again… when the construction is over.

Fantastic house in an amazing location. Its basically 2 blocks away from the city center which was perfect for being quiet but also right around everything. We will be back to Nashville again for sure and would absolutely look to book this place again

The place was interesting. maybe a converted hotel to condo to all short term rental. The location for Nashville was great. easily walkable to broadway without any of the noise and traffic that comes with broadway. its an older building so the walls were very thin and you can hear everything outside your room. the "industrial theme" inside the building looked more run down than style. Overall it was good for what I needed. It was a place easily walkable to broadway but as far as the place itself- just very average.

Amazing place to stay! A little bit of a walk to the main strip on Broadway but totally worth it!
