Nice property with easy access to the beach. Worked well for 4 adults and 3 teenage boys. Nice to have the option of beach/pool or both each day.

Great location! Close to tons of restaurants. Gated private beach was a plus to avoid spring break crowds. The beach was never crowded and it was very relaxing.

Michael was great. Very responsive to all of our needs. Comfortable and clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Living room, dining room furniture are worn; the owner should consider an upgrade. Light dimmers should be considered as well ;there are no dimmers and are essential. the very vibrant lights and are a necessity in the evening. Backyard furniture was sub par. Michael did his best to fix, but in any event backyard pic is not accurate. All and all a good stay.

The place was fabulous. This was the second time we stayed at the location since we had such a great experience the first time. The house is amazing with plenty of space for all 6 of us to hang out together while also able to have our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool is wonderful with a shaded area so you're not in the full sun all day. The beach is a short 4 minute walk down the street accessible with a key fob. There are also a ton of restaurants that are all a very short drive away, plus a grocery store and other amenities within a 5 minute drive. Michael was super responsive to all our questions and check in was a breeze. Highly recommend this place for a gathering among family or friends.
