We had a great stay at Michael’s place. The apartment was clean, tidy and comfortable. The location was excellent— easy to walk to restaurants and a quick drive to Old Port and downtown. Our family of 5 had plenty of room and it was a nice quiet building. Michael was very friendly and helpful as well. We’d definitely come back!

Michael was accommodating for our last minute booking due to a power outage at our planned stay. We were very happy with this stay!! Great location to walk to breweries!

We had a pretty standard visit at Michael’s place. It was clean, easy to find, and when we had one minor issue with the toilet Michael was quick to respond and solve the problem. The location was awesome, very walkable with tons of restaurants nearby and an easy drive from a lot of the exploring of Portland that we did. The apartment is clearly set up as a pretty basic airbnb (kinda made me feel like a dude went to ikea and asked what he’d need for an airbnb). The bedrooms are fairly small, but the common area was bigger and nice to hang in. The couch/TV area easily held 5 of us to spent quality time together. There are a few aspects of the apartment and amenities that could be updated/ replaced with nicer furnishings (towels, kitchen towels, pillows) to meet the price point. Overall we had a nice time here and felt pretty comfortable.

Nice apartment in a great neighborhood. Very close by Eatern Promenade, 10-15 away from Old Port, close by Washington Av shops. Would recommend.

Michael was very responsive whenever we needed to check in with something and accommodating! The space is great for a large group. It is close to everything you need in maine and quick Uber trip.
