The place was absolutely beautiful, and located in a perfect location. Completely private with a view of the water and access to trails. The perfect spot if you love to walk, run, bike or hike — so it was perfect for us. For how private it was, it’s still only a few minutes to the grocery store etc, making it a convenient spot. Highly recommended!

Mark's place is fabulous. Private and yet easy access to local places of interest. Beautiful view over the river and church in Mabou and gorgeous sunsets. The place is obviously well loved and cared for. Mark is a gracious and responsive host. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a fantastic time at Mark's. He was super friendly and very responsive. It was easy to find. The trails on the property were so fun to go on. Our children had a blast, and the fact we could bring our Dog was even better. The house was clean and we had everything we needed for the weekend. Thanks again Mark.

We had a wonderful time at Mark’s. It is super cozy with the fire place and a postcard view of the water with the church in the background. Mark was very responsive and hospitable making recommendations to local activities. The rail trail is just in front of the house. We hope to come back with our bikes. I highly recommend this peaceful retreat :) Thanks, Mark!

The cottage is super cozy and very secluded with a beautiful view of the water. Mark was incredibly kind and responsive. King sized bed was very comfortable, upstairs loft is very spacious. Would definitely stay there again!
