Le logement est très bien situé dans un quartier tranquille et élégant. La cuisine est assez bien équipée. Par contre, l'appartement est exigü, d'autant plus que la pluie ne permettait pas souvent d'utiliser la terrasse et que la nappe de la table extérieure était très sale. Aussi, l'appartement est mal insonorisé, donc nous avons été dérangés par les conversations et les va-et-viens des voisins dans le couloir.

I had a lovely time at Emilio’s place! Emilio is very attentive and easy to contact. The flat itself is very nice with a comfortable bed. Location is good, easy to get to city centre either by walking or by public transport. Also very close to a national forest which was very beautiful. If you’re travelling alone or in a couple to Brussels I would recommend staying here! Thank you Emilio for your generous hospitality

Appartement avec terrasse idéalement placé. Hôte très sympathique et réactif. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Bruxelles.

Wonderful apartment, exactly what was needed for a few days in Brussels. The location is gorgeous, lots of trees and great architecture, a wonderful bakery around the corner as well as easy transport links. The apartment is well maintained, with a clean kitchen and enough storage. 10/10 would recommend.

雖然不算大，但該有都有，只是沒有洗衣機真的有很不方便，還有說是1樓但以台灣來說需要爬1層半，而且室內空間隔成兩層，廚房與衛浴皆在四階之上，半夜上廁所需爬幾階樓梯
