A really nice place. It’s definitely better than the average place in New Gudauri. David is friendly and helpful. The view is amazing - muuuch better than other places here. The walk to the shops and slope is a bit tedious because of the cars and mud but the view makes up for it

Perfection! Beautiful studio apartment, but it felt bigger with the dividing unit to make 2 separate areas. The view…wow, words can not do justice! Very well equipped, decorated and located. Perfect for our ski trip. Always so warm, hot shower and the heated towel rail was an added luxury when it was -18 degrees outside! If you book to stay here then get ready for a fantastic break, snow or sun! Tip: if skiing, walk down to button lift less than 5 mins down the road, take the button lift up and then ski down to the gondola or chair lift…perfect!

Sehr schönes Apartment in unmittelbarer Nähe des Skigebiets. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Etwas unfreundliche und desinteressierte Empfangsmitarbeiter, aber Schlüsselübergabe problemlos. Ein paar Sachen fehlten, aber David ist sehr nett und stets bemüht. Danke!

David, thank you for your hospitality! We will definetely come back! Now more in details: 1. Photos match the reality. But one more photo of the magnificent mountain view from the window and balcony can be added:) 2. Furniture is new and smart. Bed and sofa are very comfortable with new linen. 3. Kitchenette is new as well as the bathroom. All necessary stuff for cooking, bathroom and cleaning is present + washing machine. 4. One small minus is that the TV is not connected with cables, but you can bring and connect your own USB or HDMI. 5. The apartment has enough space for 3 or even 4 persons. 6. Located on the 3rd floor of Twins Complex on the sunny side, so make sure to close the curtains when you leave for skiing in the morning. Because it's gonna be very hot when you return:) Also it has 1 radiator that will keep the whole apartment warm at night. 7. Nice balcony with table and chairs where you can enjoy the mountain view and fresh air. 8. Very friendly and communucative owner! Quick response and help if needed. 5 out of 5 stars/points. Thank you!
