We enjoyed our stay at Ignacio's place. The building was secure yet easy to get in and out of with a key fob for the building and a code for the apartment door. We loved being up so high and having the amazing view of the ocean and a lot of the city as well. Nearby food establishments we especially enjoyed include Club del Pan (bakery), Pizzeria Viejo Pancho, and La Cuchina de Pedro.

Stayed for 3 nights recently. Apartment is in a modern block situated about 30 minutes walk from old town, old port etc. close to the sea. From the 20th floor there are amazing views of the city, the sea and the cemetery the roof terrace on 25th floor has amazing views all round, there is also a bbq and covered seating area up there. The apartment is a good size, the bedrooms have built in wardrobes, the bathroom has a large shower and is fresh and clean. The kitchen is well equipped but you will need your own coffee/tea etc but there is a great supermarket just next door to the apartment block called Maxishop where you can get a good variety of items. Ignacio is a great host, he was always quick to respond to messages and sent lots of very detailed information and recommendations. Definitely recommend this apartment.

The place is smaller than expected. The furniture in the pics of the unit are moved to create an illusion of more space. Sofa is miserable. Not a decent seat in the apartment. No working wine opener. Definitely a rental. View was nice. A/c in each room worked well. Parking spot location was lovely. Big tv in main room was appreciated. The neighborhood was full of graffiti. Local restaurants were good. Frog grocery at the corner was nice. Forgot one of the key fobs and was charged 100 pesos
