I had a great stay at Guy's house. It’s a lovely place to live near the centre whether its a short or long stay. The house is in a fantastic location of Redland neighbourhood with the history of the area dating back to 1732. Walking through the streets you will fine picturesque Victorian style houses, historic pubs and Chandos Road, Bristol’s very own foodie heaven. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful. Close by there is Whiteladies Road with a lot of shops and restaurants, across the street is a sports complex, walking distance centre and close bus stops. Guy's house where a family used to love is full of beautiful moments, unique furniture, interesting things from different parts of the world, a lot of books. The house has everything you need: greatly equipped kitchen, eclectic style living room, 2 bathrooms. Guy is a great landlord, friendly, very responsible, always replies rapidly and makes sure that all your questions are answered. I highly recommend this wonderful home.

Location is perfect for anyone with business around Bristol town or UoB. All amenities are a walking distance from the house. Very close to green spaces where you can enjoy a stroll or picnic (unless its winter period). Different rooms means an opportunity to interact with different people and/ or nationalities. Fully functioning kitchen for the foodies and laundry equipment included.

By far, this has been one of my best stays ever through AirBnB. Guy is so incredibly kind and welcoming, always making himself available to you for any questions or issues you encounter during your stay. Not only is the accommodation so charming, but it definitely gives you the feeling of living like a local. The house is in a perfect location - Redland and nearby Clifton are so beautiful to take strolls in, and you have easy access to nearby Whiteladies Road which has everything you need, as well as the Downs for a relaxing morning or afternoon at the park. Definitely recommend this place!!
