O apartamento é bem amplo, internet, limpeza, localização são excelentes, próximos a mercados, parques, ciclovias, otimos restaurantes e cafeterias! Se quiser uma estadia segura e silenciosa é o apartamento perfeito! Inclusive a vista dos quartos é sensacional e otima para tomar um vinho no final do dia. O Eduardo foi muito gentil e responde bem rapido, com certeza voltarei.

Excellent apartment on a high floor overlooking one of the best parks. During the day the apartment is sunny and has fresh air. Comfortable beds and a room with a comfortable work space. The Internet worked stably and at good speed. Central hot water with good pressure and a shower with a hose, not built into the wall :-) Quiet area, next to the avenue, where you can get to anywhere in Buenos Aires. All chain stores are nearby. Several parks where you can walk with little babies. A spacious modern elevator that can easily accommodate even a large stroller for a baby. The apartment is perfect for long-term living with a family. I recommend this accommodation

Un muy buen apartamento con excelente ubicación, haya cerca súper, “el jevi “, kioskos, paradas de colectivo, parques, restaurantes, de todo! Y sigue siendo residencial agradable. Es como se ve en las fotos, quizás lo único un poco molesto pudo ser la construcción que está en proceso en el edificio de al lado ahora, pero de resto todo fue excelente.

Eduardo un gran anfitrión, siempre estuvo pendiente de la estadía y respondió rápidamente nuestras consultas. Fue una linda semana en Buenos Aires. El departamento super cómodo, me atrevo a decir que es mas grande de lo que parece en fotos. La ubicación de primera, restaurantes y bares para todos los gustos. Es muy probable que regresemos a hospedarnos de nuevo allí. 100% recomendado

Eduardo is a great host & this apartment is a great value! Eduardo was always quick to reply to my questions & very helpful. The apartment is in a fantastic location within walking distance to so many beautiful parks, museums, restaurants, and grocery stores. It's also light filled during the day. My son stayed with me and worked full time from the apartment. He had video meetings multiple times a day and he said the wifi was strong. The water pressure is strong and it can get as hot as you want! There are heaters/air conditioners in each room, so you can adjust the temperature to your liking. Even though you're in a busy central area of Buenos Aires, at night it's usually quiet. The main bedroom also has blackout shades, which really helped! I always felt safe in the neighborhood, even at night. The kitchen had the basics that you need. The apartment is comfortable, but not huge or fancy, but overall we had a great 1 month stay and for the great value I would definitely stay again!
