It was quiet, cozy, and just what I needed to relax in after a day’s work. Brian was a great host. Very responsive and friendly.

Initial response time and communication was quick and friendly addressed my questions. Visiting our daughter and grandson, we confirmed it was ok to have them visit and stay over. It was also confirmed it was ok to smoke outside of the RV, on the property. It became uncomfortable quickly when the homeowner informed us he was allergic to smoke and started coughing to the point of vomiting while my husband was smoking by the fire pit. Our 8 year old was playing with a soccer ball and goal on the property and we were told kids cannot play with it or the putting green, although pictures include this. We were also surprised to see our RV was not the only one on the property and we shared the yard with not only with the homeowners, also a garage apartment and two other RVs. It was disappointing to arrive and be questioned about why we were there and original agreements were met with challenges. Ultimate privacy violation occurred at 7am Sunday morning with a ladder next to the window.
