This condo has everything you could ever need. Owner communication was perfect. The sunsets on the terrace were exquisite. The proximity to fabulous dining- perfection.
Beautiful location and condo on the beach. Host is extremely responsive and has provided everything you need for a wonderful beach experience. View of the water, sounds of the waves and sunsets were unforgettable. Hope you enjoy as much as we did!
First-ever trip to Marco Island. Condo was exactly as shown in pictures. I chose this instead of condos on the north end due to proximity to beach (less than 5 minutes walk from condo to sand). I knew that beachfront condos in Marco are old buildings, and that is the only thing that detracts from this unit. That said, building was safe and as clean as it could get. Condo was updated above par for an old unit and well stocked. Furniture was clean. Linens were clean, towels were exceptionally high quality. Kitchen had everything including sharp chef knives and nice plates. Toiletries were provided, beach towels and chairs were excellent. Balcony is ideal, very private, great choice of furniture. The host provides an electronic check-in guide and has thought of everything. The lanyard with keys was a great idea. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Woke up every morning to the sound of nothing but surf which is exactly what I wanted. Beach is pristine, uncrowded.

Absolutely beautiful area on the beach. Dolphins and sea birds all times of day. The space was comfortable and inviting. Will was incredibly easy to communicate with and responded to any questions quickly. We will be back!
