I recently stayed at at this Airbnb at Dubai with 6 friends, and it was an absolute nightmare. We paid a whopping $12,000 CAD for a 5 day stay, expecting luxury but instead got a dump. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by a foul smell coming from the bathroom, signaling that something was seriously wrong. The sliding door to the master bedroom was beoken, refusing to close properly, adding to our frustration. Despite advertising 8 beds, we found only 6 comforters, leaving one of us to shiver through the night. When we reached out to the attendant, Mohammad, for assistance, he was about as pleasant as a cactus in the sand.. He had the audacity to demand an extra fee of 300 dirhams per night for an additional bedding, which we reluctantly paid, only to receive it placed upside down. And even further to add to my disappointment the kitchen had no cutlery to be found, just a sad assortment of 6 mismatched, chipped cups. Overall, it was a waste of money and time. Save yourself the

Great locations and facilities on the building, easy access to Dubai mall. However, important to consider 2 things; 1) we had to wait 3 hours after check in to fix 1 room AC was not working and tried my best to communicate with Airbnb account and local reception representative of the apartment. 2) One of bathrooms is not draining the water properly and keep repeating all 4 nights. Other than above, all is ok

Great spot, ease of access to everything you would want in Dubai. Very happy with our stay. Large apartment with great views.
