This home is awesome, beautiful and just as described. We couldn't have asked for more. It was perfect for our family vacation. Beautiful, clean, spacious, perfect layout and a 3 minute walk to the beach. Who could ask for more?????

We had an excellent stay. The space worked well for 4 adults and 4 teens. The kitchen and grill were nice for being able to have some meals at home. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the pool and hot tub. There were excellent sunset views from the beach across the street. The location is ideal for day trips to the rain forest, Fajardo and Old San Juan. I highly recommend this property!

The house has beautiful ocean views and a lovely breeze. We were 7 adults and 5 kids and we fit well in the space, including cooking every day in an equipped kitchen. Mosquitos are an inevitable nuisance, but there was bug spray. We loved how easy it was to walk to the beach, and the hosts were super-helpful and lovely. Definitely recommend this house.

The rooms and amenities were as described, with a great view from the second floor and roof. The house is clean and well kept. we all loved the pool and beach chairs/toys for guests to use. There are no internal connections between the first floor and second floor rooms, so at night, those staying in the first floor suite were unable to access the second floor rooms without a key (and vice versa).

House beautiful and looked as listed. We loved the beach that was nearby- very few other people, calm water, shady spots -and it truly was a 3 minute walk (or less). The hot tub was warmer than the pool for most of our stay and we spent most evenings in it. Mariana was amazingly responsive to our small inconviences like a empty propane tank on the grill. The description is missing one piece of information- the first floor and second floor are not connected internally and have different keys. Once locked, a key is required to open the door from the inside .So, when locked, the key must remain on the level that it opens otherwise the occupants cannot get out. This means that when the doors are locked such as at night, the occupants of the second floor cannot access the kitchen without waking those on the first floor. An extra key to each level would be helpful. For us, with all adults, this was fine but perhaps could be an issue for others.
