Relax and enjoy this little getaway. This 2nd floor studio apartment has a full walkout covered deck (seasonal for Ohio!) accessed through a door off of the living room. Enjoy a queen bed and 2 recliners. There is a Keurig coffee maker in the small kitchenette, along with dishes and some pots and pans. There is not a desk in the unit, however, the kitchen table expands. The unit has baseboard heaters which guests can control. There is a window AC and there are fans available for your use. This is a 2nd floor studio apartment. There is a small kitchenette/living room area, a bedroom and a bathroom. There are 16 stairs (indoor stairwell with handrail) to the 2nd floor entrance. We have 2 Airbnb units on the property and the owners occupy the first floor and lower level. This studio apartment is above the garages of this older home, so there may be some noise when a garage door opens/closes, but owners are respectful of the time of day and do our best to keep the noise to a minimum.

Darlene’s place was exactly what we needed. The location was perfect as we were coming from a wedding at Gervasi Vineyard - very close. Instructions were very clear, lots of helpful signs throughout the space, and she was in constant communication with me upon arrival. The space was clean, had everything you could want or need - snacks, cold drinks, phone chargers, and more! The towel warmer was an added bonus. The personalized welcome sign was a great touch. Highly recommend!
Hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. Darlene and Scott were so accommodating. They had everything ready for our 1yr old to feel comfortable. They set up a pack and play with comfortable blankets, had some toys put out for him and even some fruit pouches in the kitchen. Thank you thank you thank you again for everything you have an amazing place and I will recommend to everyone.
Darlene went above and beyond in making us feel welcome and at home during our stay, she provided extra amenities and snacks that made our first night incredibly easy. The towel warmer and fan (we forgot ours) was an absolute pleasure to have available. Darlene was very responsive and fast with all questions we had during our stay. Will definitely plan to stay again during future visits to the area.
Darlene & Scott have created a beautiful Airbnb that made us feel like we were at home. Darlene was very helpful when I had asked for Dinner recommendations (which turned out to be AMAZING). She checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and if there was anything she could do for us. The Airbnb was extremely clean and well designed. I will absolutely stay here again if I make it back to Ohio. The location couldn't have been any better to get to the Gervasi Vineyard, literally 2 turns away.
I booked a last minute stay for work and couldn’t have been happier! It was clean, easy to access, close to a lot of places, and was exactly what i needed. If i’m here again, i won’t hesitate to book with Darlene and Scott!

Conveniently located: 5-minute drive to Gervasi Vinyards; 4-minute drive to Walsh University; 10-minute drive to Pro Football Hall of Fame; 9-minute drive to Malone University 9-minute drive to Belden Village Mall and surrounding restaurants/shops. Less than 10-minute drive to I-77. Located 5.8 miles from Akron-Canton Airport.
