Positives include friendly front desk (check-in is required), daybed (favorite amenity), iPhone charger is included in bedroom, spacious, water filter, fully-stocked kitchen, building pool, LOVELY view, host is very friendly and safe to talk to! The shower is okay, had to unplug the showerhead water nozzles manually for better water pressure, as they have calcified. Biggest problem was finding a bloody, used pad in the dryer. No parking within the building, had to find parking in the block across from the AirBnB, which was $60 for two nights. On Friday night, there is a nearby nightclub that plays loud music. There are no blinds as of yet. The furniture layout is a bit inconsistent within the pictures; the table is in FRONT of the couch and is not centered to the TV. Trashcans are small. The bed in the bedroom squeaks. Windows need some care when opening. There was some stray, short, curly hair on the bathroom ceiling. Couldn't find scissors. TV sound system was lackluster

Beautiful location. Super helpful host. Location is definitely Downtown, but I felt so safe throughout my visit
