West Toronto is conveniently located less than 10 minutes from Pearson Airport and about 25 minutes away from downtown Toronto on public transit. I'm centrally located to all the great neighborhoods in Toronto such as Bloor West Village, The Junction, High Park, Roncesvalles, Little Italy, Yorkville, The Annex, Chinatown, St. Lawrence Market, The Distillery District, The Entertainment District, King West, Queen West, Liberty Village, The Danforth, The Beaches, and so much more. These trendy neighborhoods are anywhere between 10 -40 minutes away.

Conveniently located in West Toronto, you are in close proximity to Toronto's trendy hotspots such as Bloor West Village, The Junction, High Park, Liberty Village, Trinity-Bellwoods, Dundas Street West, Roncevalles, to name only a few. Venues such as Ontario Place, Downsview Park, Scotia Bank Arena, Rogers Centre, and many more are just as nearby and easily accessible.
Walking/biking/running paths such as James Gardens, Humber River Trails/Bay, High Park, Lakeshore, are minutes away for your outdoor pleasure.
I have public transit steps away. A 3 minute walk to the bus stop on Jane St. will take you to Jane Station and the subway line easily takes you around town. Also, I'm only a few minutes away from Highway 401 giving you easy access to Canada's largest highway. You can easily head west to cities like Mississauga, Milton, London, Windsor, or head east to downtown Toronto, Scarborough, Pickering, etc. or access highway 400 to head north to Barrie, Collingwood, Blue Mountain, etc. Car sharing, taxis/cabs are always available within minutes.
In regards to parking on premises, I'm happy to give you my parking space which is at the back of the house. There is also street parking, but you MAY get a ticket (it's hit and miss). If you choose to park on the street (it is at your own risk) please ensure you park across the street from my house.
