Welcome to our cozy & comfy boho bungalow. Newly renovated house near downtown Chico. It is a 10 minute walk to Chico State, downtown and lower Bidwell Park! Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the patio in our beautiful enclosed private yard. We have a keypad on the front door for easy check-in and a camera ring device. Check-out is 10am. Please note for check-out that my cleaning crew arrives shortly after 10am. There is a $50 late charge fee for every 30 minutes that you check-out after 10am. This 1925 bungalow is cute and cozy. Newly renovated, beautiful yard in a relaxing setting. Easy access off of the freeway and walking distance to downtown and Chico State. Living Room: The sectional couch and our gorgeous egg chair are decorated with fleece blankets and comfy pillows. Turn on the fireplace, grab a book, a magazine, or rent a blue ray red box movie and enjoy the day! Wifi and Streaming available. We have Peacock and Prime video ready to play your favorite tv shows and movies. Kitchen: Brand new ZLine Gas stove is stunning against these white marble countertops. Complimented by the black granite on the opposite side. Hand mixer, glass bowls, metal bowls, lasagne pans, blender, toaster, coffee maker, cookie sheets and more available to make your stay as enjoyable as possible! Bedrooms: Full of fluffy soft pillows and blankets! The back bedroom also has a tv with Peacock and Prime video available. Both bedrooms have blinds as well as curtains to make the bedroom as dark as you'd like. A/C units and fans help keep the room cool for a great night's sleep. Bathroom: Newly finished tub and sink! New flooring and a new toilet as well. Making this small bathroom super cute and functional. We do live on a busy street with high curbs so if you would feel more comfortable we suggest parking on Olive st at the next corner 1 house down. If you feel comfortable though you can park right out front on our one way street. The ice maker in the fridge is broken but ice will be available in the freezer for you. Washer and dryer available in the laundry room. We have a keycode pad and a camera ring device on the front entry. There are 4 stairs to enter the home. Check-out is 10am.
