Our family relocated back to Colorado and stayed at Scott’s place for almost 3 months while house hunting. The home was lovely and provided everything we needed during our stay. To start, the neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe; it was close enough to all the amenities you might need yet felt peaceful and out of the fray. There is a beautiful walking trail within a short distance from the house that we enjoyed frequently, as well as several nearby playgrounds for kids. Scott’s property is on a well placed, large and private lot where deer and other wildlife often meander nearby. The backyard is securely fenced, so if you have snoopy, escape artist dogs or kids, you don’t need to worry. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes and appliances you need for cooking, and the Internet service was fast and reliable for work-from-home. We enjoyed the hot tub, and the beds were very comfortable. Scott responded to all of our concerns promptly; we highly recommend his place!

The location was great, close to the school but also felt secluded which I loved. Kids and dog loved the yard. Comfy beds♥️

Can’t say enough great things about Scott and his place. This truly has been our home away from home while our house was getting renovated. This place had everything we needed and more for our two month stay. Scott was always very responsive and accommodating, as we had to extend our stay several times. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. You really can’t go wrong with this place!
