The house of Simona is a long house in the country side that has been divided in three homes. The terrace is nice and there is a little garden. The main inconvenient is the water which comes from the well and is non drinkable (noted in the description) and which contains a high proportion of iron which makes it also unsuitable for washing the clothes and even for showers (it leaves yellow stains). The shower mixer tap would need repairing and there is a noisy kennel nearby. Note that the pool of the agritourismo does not accept outside guests anymore. Too bad as Simona is responsive and the garden pleasant.

Simona è stata stupenda ed accogliente fin da subito! Si e dimostrata molto disponibile 💖 L’unica cosa che mi sento di condividere ma che ho già comunicato privatamente a Simona è che gli ospiti prima di noi avevano forse lasciato sporco o avevano un cane perché i tappeti e il divano erano pieni di peli purtroppo Per il resto siamo stati benissimo! Grazie ancora 💚🌿

It saddens me to write this review, as I have only had great experiences with AirBnB. Although Simona's place is beautifully decorated and comfortable, it was not properly cleaned, and we found bugs on the beds, inside the kitchen cabinets and inside a tub. The water comes from a well, and when you turn on the faucets it comes out yellow for quite a while and the smell is rather displeasing. The water is not drinkable, and we don't think it could be used for cooking either. She provided us with two large jugs of clean water for dish washing, and instructions for a place were we could get more. Although this was thoughtful, one has to drive to get the clean water once it is over, which is not very comfortable. The address for the place does not come up on the maps (and the one provided by AirBnB is incorrect), and although Simona mentioned it on our chat, it was in Italian and by the time we got there it was late (which I informed her about), and we could not reach her or anyone else to clarify. Thankfully we found a nice couple in the nearby town who asked for help and guided us until we found the place. Had it not been for them, we would have slept in the car. Simona communicated very well prior to our arrival. I wish she would have mentioned the water situation and made sure the place was clean properly. We only stayed that night and left the following day. If she could take care of these issues, the place would be worth considering, as it has bucolic surroundings and the space itself is comfortable and nicely decorated.
