Something that was not listed on the Airbnb application is that you can’t make noise example can’t cook or shower from 23:00 - 8:00. I didn’t mind much however would have been appreciated to be listed down beforehand. As a clean freak myself, staying here for two months was not for me as it was not the cleanest and I found myself cleaning after others instead. I was hoping that everyone cleaned after themselves but in the cases where it involved the kitchen and bathroom…😬. In fact the “person coming once a week to clean” that was mentioned on the profile was not entirely true in my case. As well, there was a lot of clashing when cooking in the kitchen. Since it was small it was difficult for two people to cook so you would have to wait (sometimes by a lot). A pharmacy and supermarket were close by but other than that it was excluded. To go shopping or even go to a good restaurant you’d have to travel by a lot. I recommend for a short stay rather than a long time, but that’s just me.

Beyond 8 am - 11 pm, its illegal even to take a shower!! We have to attend university sessions for our exchange semester, and we had to take morning showers on every lecture day. So, we frequently had conflicts regarding the usage of shower.

The location is ideal, 5 minutes walk to the metro, several supermarkets and shops around, green and quiet area. The room is rather small, but everything you need is there: a bed, a desk, and two spacious closets. I enjoyed my stay there.

Juan es muy simpático y amigable! estoy muy alegre que ser amigos con Juan y María ❤️ el sitio también está cerca de metro, supermercado y la tienda de comida, muy conveniente. Nos quedabamos muy cómodos👍🏻
