L'appartement est une merveille. Il est propre, agréablement situé (restaurants, cafés, librairies), et l'on s'y sent en sécurité. Nous avons passés plus d'un mois là et je confirme que l'on a tout pour bien y vivre! Mention spéciale à José, le concierge qui est d'une aide et d'un accueil précieux. Il peut être important de noter que l'appartement est mal isolé, donc il est possible d'entendre les voisins du haut et ceux d'à côté (télévision, pas, voix) durant la nuit, ce qui à entraîné quelques nuits moins reposantes (surtout au début du séjour). Heureusement, les voisins étaient très conciliants, mais c'est à considérer si vous avez le sommeil léger/si vous avez besoin d'un endroit assuré pour vous reposer (nous avons dû utiliser des bouchons/noise cancelling et dormir dans le salon à 2-3 reprises). C'est honnêtement le seul 'hic'. Le reste du séjour était absolument parfait et c'est quelque chose qui malheureusement ne peut être contrôlé. Pour le reste, je recommande vivement!

Guillaume's apartment is beautiful, and was exactly what we needed for our month-long stay in Paris. The area is very walkable, and is very close to several metro stations. The apartment was clean and had more pots, pans, and dishes than we would ever need. Guillaume was an excellent host, always quick to respond to questions, and was super friendly and personable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Vivemos felizes 30 dias no apartamento do Guillaume. O espaco nos acomodou perfeitamente e o apartamento tinha tudo o que precisávamos para viver muito bem! Cozinhamos, trabalhamos e passeamos! A localização nem se fala… é um encanto em Montmartre em meio aos principais pontos turísticos do bairro, inclusive, tendo um deles no “próprio quintal”. Os turistas passam por ali o dia inteiro, o que não nos incomodou e, na realidade, encantou. E ainda que isso ocorra estávamos nos sentindo completamente seguros. Queremos voltar mais vezes e com certeza esse apartamento é a nossa primeira opção para todos os nossos retornos à Paris!

We stayed in the apartment for 2 months and felt so at home here. Guillaume was a perfect host. We miss it already. It is compact but very comfortable, has a well equipped kitchen, lots of closet space, and a large bed. It feels very cozy and loved. You have easy access to everything you need, and are only a 5 minute walk to the metro. The neighbourhood is lovely. Montmartre is a beautiful area of Paris whether you've been to the city one time, or a dozen. After searching and searching for an apartment for our stay, we are so happy we chose Guillaume's: for the price, I have a hard time thinking you will find better! Things to be aware of: - everything is Paris-sized and you may find it cramped in the toilet or shower if you are a larger/taller person. -the lovely courtyard outside the apartment is on every walking tour of the area, so large tour groups will be outside your windows during the days. -be prepared for lots of stairs and hills in the neighbourhood.

My partner and I had the best time at Guillaumes apartment. It matched the listing perfectly, and all instructions and note of the building/apartment were super clear. The apartment was spacious, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for the space. It also was absolutely perfect for a long term stay where I would be working. The location and apartment made it feel extremely livable and homey. I would say that if it is your first time to Paris, Monmartre may not be your top choice of neighborhood. But if you have been to Paris and are staying for a while, I would HIGHLY recommend the apartment. The only thing of note was that the shower and where the toilet is are a little small, so if you are a taller or bigger person it could be something to keep in mind. Guillaume was also extremely kind and responsive, and frequently checked in to make sure all was well. Overall it was amazing - and we will absolutely miss it!
