Inside of house was very nice. In close proximity to the many places we went. Price for the 4 day stay was very reasonable. Appreciate your hospitality.

Great spot, quiet neighborhood. The parking was awesome, and convenient with 4 spaces in the back on the home. Cozy and well kept. The 3rd bedroom is a converted living room that you must walk through to get to the bathrooms and kitchen.

The yays: This is a beautiful historical home in a quiet and convenient location. Loved the soft towels and water pressure in the shower! The nays: We encountered many, many small bugs (including a roach) that were in the bathroom, on the walls and even crawling in one of the beds. Sara was able to have bug spray delivered, which helped but it gave me so much anxiety that I was going to wake up with bugs on me! One of the bedroom windows is broken and was covered by white paper, which may have contributed to the bugs. Many pillows were stained, and two beds had dirt on comforters and pillows. There was quite a bit of dust on furniture. There was dirt all over my daughter’s feet when she was barefoot (specks/pieces, not just from old floors). The provided pack and play was GROSS. Many pee, vomit stains all over the side and the bottom. 😬 Bring your own! In sum, the area is quiet and it is beautiful, but be mentally prepared for the issues that can come with staying in an old house.

Sara was very quick and responsive when asking a question and booking . The home is so beautiful, clean, and cozy it makes you feel like you are right at home. I really didn’t wanna leave so, I keep rebooking. My kids loved the home. Definitely will book again.
