Santiago the host was very friendly and gave me useful information about Malaga and Spain. The bedroom and bathroom were great. Quiet at night. I drove a rental car so the neighborhood is a challenge to find parking. 8 min drive to airport

Stayed 2 months. Well located; buses nearby. Place is clean. There’s a washing machine but assume there isn’t. Host accumulated dirty laundry in it for 10+ days without wash. Asked if it was available or I needed to find a laundromat, host told me he forgot then washed his stuff. I washed one load, next day host began accumulating dirty laundry in it again which sat for nearly two weeks (I went to laundromat). Was later told to move the dirty laundry aside and wash but to wash on the weekends after midnight. Fine I said. Worked for a week or 2 (stayed up) then host hung a wash out on a Wednesday which sat on the line until Friday when, after midnight host washed another load and put on the line to dry on Saturday which sat there until Monday. I’m not going to beg somebody to use their washing machine or ask like a child each time when the ad says there is a washing machine. If guests need to pay €.35 - €.70 it costs to wash one load of laundry/week just say that. Or remove it from ad.

The stay at Santiago' flat was very pleasant. Santiago has always been very helpful in providing help and advice during my time in Malaga and has left a lot of freedom in the use of the apartment. The location is very convenient as it is very close to the bus stop to go to the center of Malaga. The bus and train stations are also quite close. I would definitely recommend staying in this apartment

Everything was great, Santiago was a nice person to communicate with. Good location bus connections and with metro in 10 mins by walk.
