Miguel muy comunicativo y pendiente de la entrada, el día de salida nos dio toda la flexibilidad posible.

The place was dirty and we had to spent an hour cleaning, the bare minimum available- only soap, washing machine not working. Host forgot about us coming and did not respond to calls on our arrival day, until the last minute. No wood for the fireplace. Not working bathtub, no electricity in the bathroom. Experience equal to a 2 star hotel. Location was good- close to a supermarket, easy to find parking space around. Water boiler did not work all the time, and electricity was shut down several times so we had to restart the whole system. Dishes were dirty, no napkins or paper towels. In the bathroom sink located very far away, while using the whole table around is filled with water. Not worth the price

Miguel fue un anfitrión genial. En todo momento estuvo atento. El apartamento está muy bien situado, es fácil aparcar en la misma calle, y todo se corresponde con las fotos. Es muy bonito y acogedor.

Apartamento muy completo con mucho encanto. Ubicación muy buena para conocer Asturias oriental y disfrutar de Villaviciosa.
