Love this location so much. Condo is very nice and met our needs for our stay. It was very clean. The pool area is amazing and so well kept. Right at the beach. Only complaint is the two TV’s are awful and so small. Overall though this condo was well worth the money. Very comfortable. I would stay again and I would recommend this place.

I wanted a beach getaway and Kristen’s place was perfect. A great pool area right out back with 2 easy access points to the beach which was only a few hundred yards away. The people at the real estate office where I picked up my packet/keys were wonderful and had many recommendations for local dining, etc. I asked Kristen about gym use and she responded immediately with an alternative location since the gym in the building was awaiting new equipment. It was a great stay.

This Litchfield Beach condo was in the perfect location. We enjoyed it and all of the amenities that were offered. We didn’t find out until right before we arrived that indoor pool in this condo wasn’t in service (and hadn’t been since January) which was a bummer, but there was a second indoor option nearby that Kristin let us know about before arriving. First floor was easy to get to and condo was in the perfect location for beach and pool access.
