We gave a 5 Star review because the house was so comfortable and view of the lake is unbeatable!!! Mary was available if we needed anything. We tooled around the lake and couldn’t believe how beautiful and quiet our rides were!! Watching the Mustskies ski team perform right in front of the pier here was also fun!! Lots of great restaurants and supper clubs in the area. We enjoyed our stay so much and hope to come back here again!!!

We stay in a lot of Airbnb’s when we travel. Mary’s airbnb had some of the most amenities we’ve ever experienced. The kitchen was well-stocked, linens were very nice, and her place was clean! She also left us coffee, some wine, and chocolate. Her extra touches made it a great experience. We plan on staying at her place again when we go visit family. The lake view was also so pretty to wake up to.

Some old BDHS classmates got together for our stay at Mary's place. We really enjoyed the location. Beautiful sunsets overlooking the lake and watching boaters go by in the evening, spectacular! We could walk to Statz's Ale House for a great fish fry, then walked to our old haunt, Morry's Bar. We never drove anywhere to enjoy our stay. Convenient to lots of places by walking or biking. Mary's place is a 1930's home with spacious rooms and comfy couches to gather and converse, play board games or just nap. The old plaster walls prevent noise from traveling too far, so it is nice and quiet upstairs when people are socializing in the living room. Lots of closet and cabinet spaces throughout the whole house. It has new carpet and paint throughout, and some updates to main floor bathroom are in progress. The bathroom and shower in the basement could use some more privacy space. The small shower down there is new and has nice pressure and plenty of hot water, it is just a bit tight for some. It will be really nice when it is all finished. Be aware that there is not a dishwasher yet, so bring paper plates if you don't want to wash dishes. Also the switch for the lights/most of the sockets in the main floor bedroom is in the kitchen. We think this may have been part of the kitchen back in the 30's. The basement has another whole kitchen if you need it or are grilling outside. There is a structure outside that looks like it will be good to use in the cooler months. It has plexiglass windows so you can still enjoy the lake views. There is a pontoon boat to rent as well. We did not have time on this trip, but we hope to use it again in the future.

Wonderful updated colonial house with beautiful lake view. Washing the dishes or sitting at the bar table having your breakfast and coffee and enjoying the relax lake view. House was clean and Mary the owner was very responsive. Green fee for Golf course around the area was reasonable and coming back house to brq in the backyard watching seagulls flying on the lake and a sight that was so relaxing. Highly recommended this place
