The home is set down a dead end road very private and secluded. Surrounded by magnificent trees and flowers. The screened in pool area was wonderful for grilling watching a movie and having diner, We had a blast. Thank you Roy for the hospitality and in always checking in on us. Hope to see you again one day soon.

Great space, great pool and outdoor area, all rooms are great individual master suites! great for a fun long weekend, access to a boat and water.

This home was very nice. It was spacious and provided room for our family. The host was very responsive. There was a couple of issues; one of the rooms in the main house had an AC unit that leaked and wet the bed. I received a text message stating the owner knew I had more than 12 people in the home, however, those family members were just over for dinner out to chill in the pool, they either stayed in Sarasota or had hotel rooms. It made my family feel we were being watched. Especially when he would text and say there should only be 2 cars parked in the front. Other than that, the house was nice and we had a good time.
