We have always loved going to Cornwall in December but it’s the first time we have stayed in St. Ives. We are so glad we found Victoria and Rassie’s place. It was so so so beautiful, so quiet, very central to St. Ives, the bath is amazing, and the continental breakfast is such a bonus. The Host team is very friendly and lovely, especially our cleaning lady who tidies up the room every day without fail. The pizza downstairs is so good and Rassie kindly had it delivered to the suite. The restaurant downstairs can get quite busy however we literally do not hear anything in the suite. We are looking forward to coming back and already planning on when we will stay again. Thank you Victoria and Rassie.

The Host is gorgeous and my library suite was amazing. Beautiful rooms and furnishings and lovely breakfast brought to the room. Stunning roll top bath. Only hitch is finding it/unloading as in a very narrow and busy street- other than that faultless

Wow - we had the most amazing stay in the Library Suite. It has been so beautifully renovated, every aspect down to the furniture. We couldn’t fault anything, it really was all perfect. Peter was an incredible ‘butler’, he was so friendly and helpful, he really make our stay that much better. The breakfast was so tasty and brought to the room each morning. Great location and walking distance to restaurants, shops, seafront etc. The parking is only 4 minutes away which is great. The restaurant and bar below is also amazing, the drink I had made up was incredible. We loved every minute of our stay here celebrating our 10 year anniversary. Thank you so much for making it so special. We will definitely be returning.

High cost performance, environment and location are particularly good. I like it very much and will come again if I have the chance.
