This south end side by side duplex on the beach block offers 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2 car garage, and is loaded with amenities. The house has central AC, 4 decks, 4 TVs, and a BBQ grill. We are a SATURDAY to SATURDAY rental between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Please only submit requests for Saturdays in the Summer. Check-in is 3pm / check-out is 10am. FAMILIES Only! No pets. We provide 8 beach tags. This is a non-smoking house. Bed linens and towels are not provided. Families only, we do not rent to kids during senior week or any other week. This place is the south side (right side) of the duplex. You enter through the front door on the right in the main picture. Sleeping Accommodations: This house has 1 King, 2 Queen beds and 2 bed bunks with twin mattresses. This house sleeps 10 people in beds. In addition, we have 2 pack-n-plays upon request. Ground level: • There is ample room for 4 cars to park. There is a 2-car garage, one spot in the driveway, and one on the side of the driveway. • There is an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water in the back of the house 1st floor: • 3 bedrooms: - Front bedroom has a queen bed with TV and deck with table/chairs - Middle bedroom has 2 bunk beds with twin mattresses - Back bedroom has a queen bed with TV and deck • 1 full bathroom with tub and shower, with separated sink from the shower area • Full-sized washer and dryer 2nd floor: • Master bedroom has a king bed with a TV, recliner, and deck • Full bath in the master bedroom with tub and shower • Kitchen has a stainless-steel fridge, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, various cookware, and island countertop with seating for 4 • Half bathroom (powder room) off of the kitchen • Dining room with seating for 8 • Living room with wraparound couch and large flat screen TV • Front deck off the living room with a BBQ grill, table, and chairs
