The Air-B&B was a completely wonderful experience & a great location in New Haven. We will definitely try to stay at this location the next time we travel to New Haven. I cannot say enough positive things about this location, simply outstanding. It's a 10 out of 10 experience. Highly recommend staying with this host.

The Consulate Garden in New Haven is a comfortable, conveniently located and tastefully decorated apartment within walking distance to most everything we needed. Oyi and Ulo have been very responsive in our communication. We will definitely contact these folks again in the future if/when the opportunity presents itself. Thank you for your hospitality.

Loved the apt. and the neighborhood ; especially Court St and Wooster Square Park.....convenient, well-kept, no litter, felt very safe! The following would be helpful: a folding luggage rack; instructions for the dehumidifier; instructions for the TV and what channels are available; days of trash and recycling pick up. Thank you, Oyi.....we loved staying at 4 Court St! Hope the above is helpful to you.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Consulate Garden apartment. Oyi and Ulo were outstanding hosts who were communicative and kind. The bedroom was comfortable and quiet and it was just the perfect respite after long days studying in my program at Yale. The apartment was a quick drive to campus and in a beautiful and safe location right across from the park. Thanks so much to Oyi and Ulo; I would definitely stay there again! 😊

Before even booking, Oyi and UIo responded immediately to any questions I had about the booking and location and ensured they did what they can to make us feel accommodated. We were traveling with an toddler and requested a crib. They had set it upon arrival for us. We loved the location as it was prime to any of New Haven's finest pizza spots. It was also a short walk to the beautiful Yale campus. The apartment was at basement level which made the place feel a bit moist and humid at times. Luckily, a humidifier was provided and should be running at all times. Since it is New Haven summer, keeping the door open when entering and leaving the space did bring in mosquitos and bugs. Overall, the place is decorated well and made us feel at home. It was a great stay and we would love to be back again!
