What these hosts will give you is a property out in the scorching hot desert, nowhere near a beach, without daily maid service and with very few amenities or dining/entertainment options. Suites which are actually in Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach like mine come with all the amenities & top notch staff you would expect at a beachfront 4.5 star full service resort. Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Resort is a 4.5 star resort of Hotels, Condos and private villas. The Presidential Suite is a 2 Bedroom Suite w/full kitchen. The hotel is on the Pacific side of Cabo, a free 10 minute shuttle ride to Pueblo Bonito Rose, which is near downtown. The resort is all inclusive optional and all inclusive usually runs between $80 and $120 per adult, per day depending upon the level of AI you choose. It is less for seniors over 60 and kids under 18. After you book the suite through Airbnb I will be happy to connect you with my personal vacation assistant at Pueblo Bonito for the best owner pricing on all inclusive, spa, etc. The space PRESIDENTIAL SUITE (Sleeps 8; 2 bedroom/2 bath) is a single story unit with spacious furnished balcony/patio, kitchen (with stove & microwave, but no oven), living room and indoor/outdoor dining areas. It has one king size bed (in the master bedroom), two double beds (in the second bedroom), plus a sofa bed in the living room. The 2,000 square foot Presidential Suite (total including balcony/patio) is three times the size of the Junior Suite! Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom with spacious walk-in shower. It also has a jetted Jacuzzi bathtub in the master bathroom. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit -- for maximum privacy -- with the living room, dining area and kitchen in the middle. Please note all pictures are of the resort and the type of suite mentioned but, although they represent it accurately, they are not necessarily pictures of the exact suite you will be staying in. Guest access This is a resort and the unit that you will get is based upon availability. There are restaurants, a spectacular European-style market, multiple bars and other hotels that are available to you as a guest. Multiple pools, each with a pool bar. A unique "Sky Pool" at the top of the hill. Courtesy shuttles available to take you all around the resort. Other things to note All guests must message us prior to booking to confirm availability as it changes constantly. We reserve the right to cancel any reservations which haven't done this.
