住过最干净的民宿！位置很方便，靠近JR站去哪里都很方便，楼下很便利店药妆店都很齐全，入住前房东会提前发信息告诉你如何入住，各种细节都非常贴心，晚上12点发现wifi连不上了，房东凌晨还在给我回消息，真的非常靠谱～房子和照片完全一样，比照片看起来更好！下次会再次选择入住！

My family absolutely loved this place. We chose this place because of the elevator because my grandma has bad knees. It made our stay so much more comfortable for everyone and the host Jerry is amazing. He was helpful in every step of the way especially when we forgot my grandma’s cane. He quickly helped me with trying to get it back. The place was spotless and had all the amenities we needed and was very comfortable even with 9 people in the house.

Wow! Jerry’s home was perfectly described and was located so close to Koenji station. His home was the perfect retreat for our family of 8 with so much space. The home was clean and tidy and in a very safe area. Jerry’s communication was superb and he was attentive, checking in to make sure everything was going as planned. I would highly recommend Jerry’s home and would definitely stay here again!

Jerry’s place was fantastic - clean, well furnished and within walking distance to the train station and restaurants. Jerry was a great host, who responded to our queries promptly and so kindly allowed us to check in earlier when it was pouring heavily in Tokyo. Would definitely recommend staying here, especially if traveling in a big group.

Jerry house is very good, the house is very large, suitable for big family, have large entrance. We have 7 adult and 2 child under four different family, we have own room, have good private. We have 2 cars, one car park near the house, other car at car park, walk around 30 seconds. The house have lift, it is very good to move the luggage, have toilet on every floor. Have washing machine and dry machine, that is good. The shopping street out of the house, have family mart, DAISO, Drug store, restaurant, walk to train station about 6 minutes. Our family is enjoy to stay at home, we have hotpot in the house. Have supermarket near the house and 24 hour supermarket, the foods is cheaper. We will stay again if we come back Tokyo.
