I’ve stayed here about 10 times. ‘Nuff said. If you want a location near the tennis, the river and Swan/Chapel streets, this is perfect.

property is located in a relatively new apartment in a part of area that is rebuilding. short walk to swan Street shops and clubs and tram. great views of city and sports venues. if I were coming back for a sporting contest or concert, this place would be wonderful. the accomodations were spotless and very relaxing during the little time we were actually there. thank you Tim and Sheila.

I have stayed in Tim's place many times now. He and Sheila are excellent hosts. The location may not be for every need, so check it out. For me, it is very close to work with incredibly easy access to running along the Yarra, parks for exercise and close to Swan and Chapel Streets. On the weekend, depending on the footy schedule, the traffic can be intense around the area. Having said that, it's perfect for me. 5 stars.

The apartment is in a super location, allowing us to walk to the AO Tennis. Cremorne / Richmond has a great selection of restaurants, cafes, pubs and amazing gelato, all within easy walking distance. The view was fabulous - we even woke very early on Saturday to ten hot air balloons drifting past. Excellent communication with Tim prior and on the day of check-in. A lovely welcoming pack also greeted us, which was wonderful surprise. The nearby freeway noise could be disturbing if you're a light sleeper, particularly in the main bedroom. With the doors and windows shut, we hardly noticed while awake. Will look to stay here again next time we visit Melbourne !! Thank you, Tim.

Tim's place is absolutely amazing! It is big, clean, bright and had everything we needed. We spent most of our time at the Australian Open which is an easy 20 min walk from Rod Laver Arena. The comfortable beds were very appreciated after a long day at Melbourne Park. There is an IGA just next door and lots of restaurants/pubs/cafes just 10min walk from the apartment. Tim is a really good host - replied quickly, clear communication and gave us great recommendations! We would definitely stay again!
