The apartment is large and in an interesting area (many Westerners) of HCMC. The building is not the most modern and there was a bit of an ant infestation in my unit. Otherwise, it is exactly as shown with the only major issue being the quality (or lack thereof) of the cleaning service. Some obvious issues such as hair left in the drain, dust in many areas, and generally not the cleanest upon arrival or after receiving the cleaning service itself. Not really ideal for a solo traveler, but probably good for families.

가격대비 훌륭한 숙소였습니다 숙소 매니저님 경비원님 등등 친절하셨고 주변환경이 깨끗하고 조용했습니다 숙소 고민사항도 빨리처리해주셨고 다음에 온다고하면 그렌우드숙소로 갈예정입니다 아쉬운점은 세탁기가 안되었고 주방세제가 없는게 좀아쉬웠습니다 그것빼고는 모두 만족했습니다 편히 잘쉬다가갑니다 다음에 뵈요 감사합니다

Great place. loved the location, very close to city center without the noise. You can pretty much go anywhere in the city within 15 minutes by car. Clean and safe area with 24/7 security guards. There are daily room cleaning service that you would receive at a normal hotel. Highly recommend the area and place of stay.

Very nice and spacious place. Easy and fast check in. The pool is across the road from the premises but that wasn’t problem for us as we were only there for 1 night. Overall everything was as it should’ve been and the price was very good for the location and the size of the space
