The listing exceeded my expectations and was worth every penny. My wife’s favorite amenity was the inverter, as it ensured power security whenever there was electricity outage. Everything was as advertised on the listing and the host was willing to go an extra-mile to provide socket adapters and fuel for generator (which we rarely used by the way). The host regularly checked to see if we needed anything and was swift to respond when assistance was required. Will definitely stay again whenever I am in Abuja, and would recommend to all my acquaintances.

I went to the address on the booking but was given an address via phone at 14:45 hours on the booking date after going to the allocated address on the booking. The apartment as described on the bookings was false as the apartment address was different from the one on the booking. The host was not supportive, I arrived at the apartment all amenities were not working and I had to deal with the light, TV, WiFi, water and AC not working. The host was informed of this challenges but to no avail. I spent 7 hours dealing with all the facilities that was not working then the light went off at night time however, the host didn’t communicate I have to turn the generator on myself which wasn’t part of the plan. The apartment was dark then they eventually said I can’t use all the appliances in the apartment laterally nothing was working we were left in complete black out. The host was informed we would be leaving as my family couldn’t stay in the dark and there was no one to assist us.

Comfort communicated well throughout our stay. The location was serene & secure but, it was far from city so commuting was a bit difficult. The unit was very nice & well taken care of. We experienced some power issues but, Comfort did well to accommodate. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
