Very charming and quiet: through the gate, along the stone path, past the blossoming cherry tree. Adorable and clean. Peaceful atmosphere. Kate and Roland provided everything that a guest might need. Very thoughtful! Definitely recommend.

Roland's place was perfect for College For Weekend at Liberty University. The location is only 12 minutes away from campus. The place was exactly as described. It was very clean and comfortable. Roland was extremely helpful and responded to any questions promptly. We would stay again.

Roland's place is a great little gem. It is a basement airbnb, so you do hear light noise as the family lives above, but it was not at all disturbing. There is a separate bedroom and living room, along with a small dining table and chairs, and even a microwave and fridge to store your snacks. We appreciated the waters in the fridge and the fluffy towels. The neighborhood is great and quiet. We would come back again!

This spot was perfect for our stay and suited our needs perfectly! Roland was a helpful and responsive host, check in was a breeze, and I would definitely stay again in the future!
