Large, spacious, well kept house in walking distance from Forsyth Park and walkable on a nice day (40 mins) to downtown. Quite expensive but seemed well aligned to other nearby prices.

Lovely historic home in an excellent location, very walkable to many areas of Savannah. The bathrooms were all lovely, clearly recently redone, spotless with luxurious towels. The mattresses were extremely comfortable and the bedding was top notch. The kitchen was very nice, with nearly everything we could want. There was traffic noise, but we knew this would be the case beforehand, and it didn't bother us. Overall, we were very pleased with our decision to rent this house. Our one disappointment was the outdoor space, which did not look like the pictures - it is perhaps time to replace weather-worn items such as the wooden picnic table, grill, hot tub cover etc. Additionally there was a ? mulberry tree than dropped copious amounts of berries on the patio that we had to sweep and hose off twice a day to avoid tracking dark berry juice into the house.

Beautiful space, very clean and had plenty of room for 10 of us. Loved the back patio and hot tub!

The house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space and a nice backyard to sit and relax. Only thing was that the house could use some more mirrors😊

Beautiful house that is centrally located and has great amenities. It fit 9 people without ever feeling cramped and crowded.
