Great location for catching the shuttle to Winter Park. Safe neighborhood. Beautiful views from the balcony. Would stay again.

I had a little trouble finding the unit. It was late on Thanksgiving. I called the 24 hour help line and the woman who answered was so helpful. She stayed on the phone until the unit was located. The unit was super cute and a perfect place to stay. I have booked many Airbnbs in WP. This unit is one of my favorites. I highly recommend it! We will stay there again!

I was super disappointed in this place. The pictures made it appear newer than what it was. The heat was on prior to our arrival and the rooms became so uncomfortably hot that we had to contact maintenance the next day. The tv screen in the master bedroom was damaged and appeared shattered when turned on, so was unusable. The washer/dryer was completely broken, which was something we were relying on because of traveling very light to the state. We also found an unknown pair of boxers underneath the bed in the master bedroom, so cleanliness was questionable. Also the neighbor beneath us were very noisy and we could hear pounding sounds constantly throughout the day and night. And between emails, texts, and phone calls between multiple people through the app, Air b&b and maintenance, the heat control was the only thing resolved. I would’ve gone with another option if I would’ve known what we were signing up for.
