The view off the large, 20 ft x 10 ft covered deck was amazing. Right on the ocean with a cooling breeze and conformable furniture, so it was easy to spend the entire day relaxing. The WIFI signal was great including on the deck. This is a very comfortable, quite, studio apartment, with good amenities, including the beds, pillows and a nice sized bathroom. Many restaurants and a nice Malecon right in front of the place. Ruben was an extremely accommodating and responsive host. The only possible negative I should mention were the stairs to the unit which could be a challenge for some, but which Ruben made a non-issue by helping with our luggage on check in and out. We will recommend this to all our friends and family.

This patio is worth the stay. Incredible view excellent location. Would happily stay here again on a return visit.

On a aimé la proximité avec la plage et le paséo del pescador qui est le long passage piétonnier qui mène de la plage au quai avec beaucoup de restaurant et de boutiques. On y trouve aussi un terrain de basket ball qui sert aussi de lieu de rassemblement durant les nombreux événements qui y sont présentés. La terrasse donne une vue imprenable sur la baie. Nous y avons observé le vol des pélicans et des frégates qui sont attirés par les pêcheurs. Le son des vagues y est omniprésent. Notre hôte a toujours répondu rapidement à nos demandes. Très bel emplacement que nous recommandons.

Ruben’s place was amazing! Wonderful location with a gorgeous view of the ocean and near many delicious restaurants. Next to playa madera and a quick walk to the basketball court!

We had a magical stay at Reuben’s casita. It has a fabulous location overlooking the whole bay, steps from Madeira Beach and centrally located to walk into the town, La Ropa and Principal Beaches. The casita has a wonderful deck to watch the birds, boats and surf, and has all the necessary amenities. Reuben was very friendly and welcomed us on arrival and assisted with our departure. Highly recommended.
