We loved staying at this villa! It was located in a great area, close to everything. Enough room for my party of 14! The staff was amazing.

My stay was amazing. From the moment I booked all the way to check out. The host and staff has been responsive respectful and accommodating. The chief Walter is amazing. Our food was always ready when we wanted it. And it was delicious and authentic. The butler Andray was amazing a well. He made sure our stay felt like home. He catered to our needs and ensure. The concierge Kamara is the best. She made sure all we ask was there. She checked on us to see if all our needs were met. This is a must stay property. My family and I will be back.

Zero privacy - We went out for dinner on Monday night and came back at 11pm. A few people went to the kitchen and the "butler" barged in through the side entrance in regular clothes and did not introduce himself. I came off the bus last and found out what happened. I greeted the "butler" and after a small chat asked for some privacy. I guess he felt disrespected that I asked for privacy and went on a rant. I got no support from the host. Zero flexibility - Because we came in so late, we let 2 extra guests stay the night, rather than going to our second AirBnb in Spring Farm. Around 1pm while asleep, I got a message with extra charges. I guess the host counted the number of people sleeping. I had to pay double for these guests without getting to explain what happened. And even then the host was still trying to charge for 2 nights instead of one. I can't share everything due to the character limit. But there are many AirBnbs at Spring Farm Estates. Look around before booking this one.

The description of the home and the pictures taken align with the experience that you'll get in person. This villa is breathtaking! The pictures don't do this place justice. There was more than enough room for the 11 of us. We had a driver and utilized the chef and butler service as well, which I highly recommend. The house is only 15-20 minutes away from the Montego Bay Airport and not too far from the local lounges, bars, and clubs. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and I felt very safe in this home. I would return to this home when given the chance.
