Sit back and relax on 2 large deck with a covered screened in patio, nice sunrise in the morning with a cup of coffee, a great evening by the fire (firepit) making smores with family/friend and just a short walk to the water. You can bring youre kayak and make your way to go explore Cocagne island. The cottage is located in a relaxing and friendly neighbourhood. This 2 bedrooms (1bedroom include a queen bed and second bedroom has a twin over double bunk bed) , 1 bath and open concept space to enjoy the view of the bay of Cocagne. The water is just a short walk away. Relaxe outside on 2 nice decks (one include a covered screened in patio and the other we have a BBQ) and enjoy a evening by the fire (firepit). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a good meal, we do have game outside&inside and we do provided Wifi/tv. Free parking
