It pays for its price. Not so convenient location except if you have your own car. Great for staycation but not so much for those who goes to the city center frequently. I don’t advise to cook inside the unit. But overall, would recommend!

Grateful that Ms. Kristel was very responsive to all my questions and concerns regarding the place. It has a college apartment kinda vibe and I love it. It reminded me of my college life from years back. I love that there are also nearby sari-sari stores and taxi/shuttle for food and transpo needs.
