No pets or smoking under penalty. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The studio is private with its own entrance, kitchenette, bathroom, office desk and outdoor patio. Studio size: 275sqft. The studio is attached to the main house. There is a single car garage between the studio and the house. You don't hear anything from the house but you can hear our kids playing outside. There is a nice and quiet Mini Split Unit (located on the ceiling) with heating, fan and AC. Complementary coffee (Nespresso Vertuo) and tea. Enjoy the variety of Nespresso flavors! The patio has a vertical privacy screen on the back, dividing the patio from our backyard. * There are two cruiser bikes available but please, let me know if you'd like to use them so I properly inspect them ;) * Guests have one dedicated parking space on the shared driveway, we do park our travel trailer on the driveway as well * No washer or dryer in the studio. For longer, 3+ nights stays, guests could use our washer and dryer accessible through the garage. Message me for more info pls. Animals: We apologize but we don't accept any animals of any kind to keep the studio allergy free. If breaking this rule, there is a $500 pet/animal fee for cleaning and other expenses related.
