We really enjoyed our stay and couldn’t have asked for anything more. The setup and games were perfect for my group which spent quite a bit of time hanging out at the house before heading to Broadway at night. Ubers/Lyfts to Broadway were cheap and were only a short ride away. There was plenty of space inside and the backyard was fantastic. We spent the majority of our time using the hot tub, playing basketball, and grilling out. Everything that we needed was provided which made it super convenient.

Neighborhood doesn’t look the best, Was scared at first. Although quiet and we had no issues. & close to downtown. NO washcloths. But plenty of bath towels. Could have been cleaner. House was roomy enough for the 14 of us. Enjoyed the all games provided. Kitchen was stocked very well as stated. Quick to get Ubers. Convenient location 15 - 20 minutes to get places depending on traffic. James send out reminders and responded quickly. Overall family and friends enjoyed the house and our stay. It was my first time booking an Airbnb.

The location is great. Only about 20 minutes from downtown/Broadway. The house is spacious. We were a group of 5 women. We all had our own beds. 3 guests had their own room, 2 guests shared a large bedroom downstairs. Neighborhood is well-kept and quiet. Loved our stay!
