Lazy at the Lake Cottage is a great place to stay, clean, and cozy. Olivia was very pleasant and helpful, quick to respond. The cottage is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, surrounded by woods. Highly recommend for people to stay here if they’re looking peace and quiet.

We loved this house!! My family of four and our fur baby stayed here for three months while we transitioned from Alabama. Olivia was wonderful with helping our family get acclimated to a new school, sports, etc. We can’t say enough about this house and our experience. It would be a great family getaway for a weekend or a long term stay like we did! ❤️

We highly recommend this charming, cozy cottage. Olivia and her husband have been a pleasure to work with and very quick to respond to any questions we’ve had. This is our first experience with an AirBNB and we could not have asked for nicer hosts. The cottage is very clean and has been recently upgraded with flooring and paint, new stainless steel appliances, and countertops. There is a nice new deck/porch that wraps around half the house. Plenty of parking space. The hosts have thought of just about everything you could need during your stay. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the essentials and more. Lots of windows. There are plenty of pillows and blankets and linens. The beds are very comfy. The bathroom is nicely updated. There is a beautiful old fireplace in the living room and a large TV. Each bedroom has a TV. All Roku tv’s so you can add your own streaming services through the apps. We work from home with our computers and had no issues at all with the wifi speed and connectivity. The location is great as far as restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We enjoyed chain restaurants like Longhorn’s, as well as some unique Mom and Pop restaurants. There is an amazing bakery, a movie theater, Walmart, Sam’s Club, etc. fairly close by. Plenty of delivery services and choices as well. There are two Publix locations close by (one is 4.2 miles). The downtown area of Woodstock is one place we’d recommend to visit during your stay. Also, historic Downtown Cartersville is about 22 miles away and worth the drive. LakePoint Sports Complex is only about 18 miles from the cottage. When you’re at the cottage it feels like you’re much farther out, more remote than in reality. It’s a nice wooded, lakeside community. There are plenty of deer and birds to watch right in the yard and lots of trees in a very natural setting. The lots are fairly large so you have plenty of privacy.
