The view of the volcano is breathtaking; room directly faces Arenal volcano. Amazing way to start the day. Place is spotless and the shower, with its glass wall, is amazing. Front desk person was incredibly helpful and breakfast’s at both options were excellent. Highly recommend this place.

Breath taking views! Cleanliness - very clean. Amenities - fridge, microwave, speaker, coffee maker, utensils, etc. Extra perk, food can be delivered. We didn’t use this option but I can see how it might come in handy. Location - in a private, gated area across from Mistico. Very safe, very private, very quiet. Loved it! Super close to main area with lots of meal options. Communication - very communicative, proactive, friendly, informative. Front desk staff are all lovely! Very accommodating and helpful. Some constructive feedback - The shower door and glass walls had some soap scum left on them (not a big deal) but was slimy to the touch. Room was constantly wet from the moisture in the air. We had the AC running at night but nothing dried, even clothes we did not wear were damp.

Perfect location and ambiance. When the fog lifts the view is spectacular. Bryan was proactive and checked in to offer support throughout the entire stay. The front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful with providing a thorough walk through of the area and answered all questions quickly and with a smile. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Bryan was super helpful with directions and suggestions. Upon arrival, Santiago helped us check in smoothly and assisted with our luggages to the front door. He also provided plenty of recommendations and helped book our activities. The accommodation is as it looks in pictures, with floor to ceiling windows with a beautiful view of the volcano. Only downside was that we were located in the last villa and because it was down-pouring when we arrived, it was a bit difficult to walk in the rain with our luggage. Aside from that, had it not been raining, our stay would’ve been great!
