Just as advertised. clean, central and quiet. Pool was warm and relaxing after lots of walking. Would stay again. Great value for money. Thankyou.

Thanks Paul & Dan for a great place to stay. Highly recommend when looking for a getaway in Melbourne. So easy and close to get too from Southern Cross. It was perfect for our little family. Check in was super easy, we walked everywhere as it was beautifully located. Communication with Paul and Dan when we run into a few tiny minor issues was wonderful, I had a response within minutes every time. All in all a 10/10 from us 😀

great central location however the basics weren't well provided. No oil for cooking, not enough coffee sachets, a brand new unwashed tea towel that smeared water. As well as a loud bathroom fan making noises at random hours of the eagly morning

Thank you to Paul and Dan for being such wonderful hosts! Everything in the apartment was as listed and they were so attentive in checking in and giving instructions. The space was so clean and comfortable - we would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Great place. In perfect condition just like the photos. I often find people list old photos and you get run down not good condition AirBnB, but Paul & Dans place was exactly like the photos, tidy and secure. They even labelled little bags with prepared, soap, bodywash, coffee etc. Great place would definately stay again
