We initially booked Katie’s place based on it’s location in Corrales which close to a family gathering and it had our requisite number of bedrooms. But, when we arrived at the home we discovered that it was so much more than that. The place was beautiful….very clean, well appointed and extremely comfortable. The backyard was extraordinary with it’s private heated pool, outdoor kitchen, granite bar and gazebo seating. And, to top it off, we found ourselves in the middle of Albuquerque’s Balloon Fiesta. Balloon’s traveled around, over and near the home and it was a delight. Between the exquisite house and the “enchanting” balloon festival the weekend and our family visit turned out to be a memorable one. Thanks, Katie!

Truly an oasis! The house is beautiful and the amenities were above & beyond! Lots of thoughtful touches of hospitality. The kitchen is a dream…Viking stove, good quality pans, utensils, knives, TONS of spices & Keurig coffee maker with a generous amount of pods. The theater room is a fun bonus that includes a gym for those that like to work out. The outdoor space is PHENOMENAL! Plenty of comfortable seating, beautiful pool, peaceful fountains, and soooooo many hummingbirds! Ideal space for multiple families. We loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat!

This home is perfect for larger groups. We had 4 families for a reunion and all had a wonderful time. The kitchen is well appointed and the back yard was the perfect gathering spot. Katie is responsive and kind. Really loved it and we would rent again.
