You have to wait for parking (driveway parking). There are small cockroaches everywhere. But the place is peaceful.

The review's are right ! Its a great place to stay this unit . Its at the heart of the city so the location is really convenient and accesible to many areas. The overnight stay was more than what we could've ask for. Its been an easy transaction with the Host and comfortable place to stay at . Thank you so much! Will definitely recommend to others

The early check-in was appreciated, and the host's app response time was quick. However, the caretaker's unresponsiveness due to phone load issues was frustrating. The air conditioning in the bedroom was good, but the living room with only a fan was uncomfortably hot. Lack of toiletries, empty alcohol container, and stale rice in the kitchen were notable drawbacks. The presence of numerous cockroaches, unwelcome visitors, and the absence of blankets and towels added to the overall disappointment of the Airbnb experience.

Our stay for New year's Eve is worth it. Wide windows and perfect location. Easy to find as the room is less than minute walk from the elevator. Though the bathroom are located on the 2nd floor which is not suitable for elderly, but over all experience is good! Will definitely book again.
